Brigadier General Ihor Skybiuk (born 10 October 1976) is a Ukrainian military officer and participant of the Russo-Ukrainian War. He is the current commander of the Ukrainian Air Assault Forces[1], and a recipient of the Hero of Ukraine and the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky.
